I explained the new names in the cover letter. dpkg-bin can not be used
because that suggests that we do not compile in this class. As of today
we do not but i can imagine a future where we do, just without the
debian/ directory.
So now dpkg-src also does not match anymore, i think.

Any suggestions for both names taking the custom-compile into account?
