Hmm, I've meant that it doesn't make sense for a library, but could stay for
hello.

This file is necessary for desktop, but is not relevant for embedded usage. I'd
suggest to keep it in hello. When we prepare the example of patching an
upstream package without forking, that file could be excluded from the package
generated by the Isar recipe. Stripping packages is one of the first questions
people ask.
