Hello,
I'm considering changing the settings of this mailing list (require membership
to post or similar). Thoughts?
With kind regards,
Baurzhan.

I'm running jailhouse-dev on googlegroups openly for more than 6 years.
The amount of distributed spam is really low, most of those mails get
filtered by google already.
For Jailhouse, it is essential to have an open list because we have
threads from time to time that are cross-posted to LKML or other
communities. For Isar, I can imagine this to happen with oe/yocto lists,
but there may also be other cases.

Please do not. I will not tell you why until you tell me why ;).

Thanks for the feedback. If the consensus is that some spam getting through is
acceptable, we can leave it as is (no action taken so far).
Otherwise, there are also the following options:
1. Moderate non-member posts.
2. Moderate new member posts.
Unfortunately, one can't have both at the same time.
With kind regards,
Baurzhan.
