[PATCH] qemuamd64: Fix OVMF path

start_vm does not work for amd64 when trying to use a standard Debian
installation of ovmf. Fix this.

Wow, this works meanwhile on stretch and buster (it didn't before the stretch
release). Looks good to me. We'll update the CI and submit a doc patch.
