[PATCH v5 20/21] Revert "bitbake: Make 3.6.0 the minimum python version"

New bitbake version has Python version check with minimal version 3.6.
Debian Stretch still use Python 3.5, so make Bitbake do not fail.

This reverts upstream commit a3050aee21b6a23b55232d52f89980a3bbd3a290.
