1. Remove 2022 key.
2. Add Debian Ports Archive Automatic Signing Key (2025)
(ID: 3AF65F93D6FBC5B9) in advance. It will be used for signing
starting from 2045 Feb 01.
These changes are made in sync with the debian-ports-archive-keyring,
version 2024.01.05 package.
