[PATCH] meta/recipes-bsp/libubootenv: use BPN instead of PN

dpkg-source fails for libubootenv-native because the orig tarball was named
using PN, which includes the "-native" suffix. Debian expects orig tarballs
to use the base package name. Switch to BPN so both native and non-native
builds use the correct upstream tarball.
