[PATCH] meta/classes-recipe/dracut-module: drop redundant bb import in python function

The BitBake `bb` module is implicitly available in Python functions,
so the explicit import in `replace_marker_with_file_content()` is
unnecessary. Remove the redundant import to align with BitBake
Python function style guidelines.
