[PATCH 1/1] citest: speedup dracut_in_image by avoiding useless deps

To test if the dracut initrd builds and runs we don't need to build all
default packages (like hello). By avoiding this, we cut the test time of
this job by more than half.

Note, that there is a lot of room for improvement by simply removing
the default packages from tasks that test specific features.
