[PATCH 1/1] rootfs: document missing rootfs features

["'Felix Moessbauer' via isar-users" <isar-users@googlegroups.com>]

The features clean-debconf-cache, clean-pycache and generate-initrd have
been available for quite some time, but they are not listed in the list
of rootfs features. We now document them.

No functional change.
