[PATCH 1/1] kas: switch default build system to isar-rootless

["'Felix Moessbauer' via isar-users" <isar-users@googlegroups.com>]

Both the KConfig (kas menu) as well as our kas/isar.yaml files are are
intended to be used isar internally only. By that, we can safely switch
to isar-rootless.

This change does not affect downstream users and also not the CI, as
this is not using kas menu or the isar kas config.
