[PATCH 1/1] fix(isar-exclude-docs): drop dpkg path filter into correct path

The dpkg path filter never worked, as it was dropped into a location
dpkg does not read from. This issue was shadowed by the postinst script
which also wipes the corresponding paths. However, the result (which
paths are wiped) then depended on the install order, which resulted in
documentation not being removed.
