[PATCH v2 1/1] kas: switch default build system to isar-rootless

["'Felix Moessbauer' via isar-users" <isar-users@googlegroups.com>]

Both the KConfig (kas menu) as well as our kas/isar.yaml files are
intended to be used isar internally only. By that, we can safely switch
to isar-rootless. Among that, the kas files also serve as (hopefully)
good example, which should demonstrate the rootless building.

This change does not affect downstream users and also not the CI, as
this is not using kas menu or the isar kas config.
