Proposal for Enhancements to Isar-Installer

Dear Isar Users,

I would like to extend my appreciation for the excellent work on the 
current Isar installer. It has proven to be quite helpful in the downstream 
layers, and I believe there are opportunities to further enhance its value 
by upstreaming a few features.

I would like to propose the following improvements for consideration:

1. Disk Wipe Option: Introduce a prompt asking the user whether to wipe the 
disk before installation (with "Yes" and "No" options).
2. Progress Bar for Bmap Tool: Implement a progress bar to provide 
real-time feedback when copying the image using the bmap tool.
3. Porting Installer Script to Python: Migrate the existing installer 
script to Python to improve extensibility and maintainability, making it 
easier to incorporate future enhancements.

I would appreciate hearing your thoughts on these suggestions and exploring 
how we can collaborate to upstream these features.
