I tried to install a new kernel through apt-get on the running machine and, while the kernel installed fine, grub did not update.<div><br /></div><div>it appears that grub is not even actually installed on the target system, so I'm guessing grub is installed and configured in one of the recipes.</div><div><br /></div><div>furthermore, I'm using btrfs subvolumes, and apparently grub does _not_ want to work with this configuration.</div><div><br /></div><div>Unless any of that seems like an easy fix from my end, can someone tell me where and how I might add menu items to grub.cfg on the boot partition during build?</div><div><br /></div><div>thanks</div>
