[PATCH] isar-bootstrap-host: Introduce HOST_DISTRO_BOOTSTRAP_KEYS

Analogously to DISTRO_BOOTSTRAP_KEYS, this allows to override the key
used for bootstrapping the host distro. This is required when using
custom repos e.g.
