Isar v1.0 Release Candidate 1

Hi everyone,

I have just tagged v1.0-rc1 as release candidate 1 for Isar v1.0.

The following patches are planned to be included in the release as
well, possibly with documentation updates or rebased onto the latest
next branch if necessary:

- [PATCH v8,0/3] Deploy DTBs and other image artifacts into subdirs to 
avoid conflicts, from Zhihang Wei <wzh@ilbers.de>
- [PATCH v2,0/7] Add Trixie support for various machines, from 
srinuvasan <srinuvasan.a@siemens.com>
- [PATCH v4] trixie: Workaround with missing drivers in initramfs, from 
Zhihang Wei <wzh@ilbers.de>

We will also send additional documentation patches next week,
including documentation on the keys used for signing the releases.
