[PATCH -v2] meta: Deprecate imx6-sabrelite target

SABRE Lite i.MX6 Development Board was originally added to demonstrate
UBI/UBIFS support, which is currently covered by phyBOARD-Mira target.

Also mark custom ubi-ubifs-img.bbclass as deprecated because it was
only a compatibility hack for imx6-sabrelite.
