Freezing for the following Isar release

Hello all,

We are going to perform Isar release next week.
Following patchsets will be merged to the next branch and included to this
release:

[PATCH] meta: Deprecate imx6-sabrelite target
[PATCH] RPi: Enable serial console on RPi 4 B
[PATCH 0/2] Fix riscv64/trixie build
[PATCH 0/8] Testsuite coverage update
[PATCH] start_vm: Add Ubuntu Noble support

If there are any urgent patches to be also included feel free to respond.

P.S. known issues so far:
- libubootenv can't be built on de0-nano-soc-buster target because of 13 
compat level requirement.
- Dependencies issue cause qemumipsel-bullseye build failure.

Hi, we have an import sstate cache fix in our internal testing.
It would be good if that is included in the release as well.

@Adriaan: Is this patch ready to be sent to the ML? We can also do the
review here if that helps to get it into the release.

We've dropped imx6-sabrelite deprecation patch from release plan because 
it is
changing metadata which cause CI issues. Updated v2 of it will be merged 
right
after the release.
The patch with sstate tasks skipping is also not ready jet to be merged 
as-is
right before the release.
All the others are already under the v0.11-rc1 tag.

Known issues update:

- libubootenv can't be built on de0-nano-soc-buster target because of 13 
compat
level requirement.
- Dependencies issue cause qemumipsel-bullseye build failure.
- Target qemuarm-trixie unable to find rootfs on startvm test case.
- Target qemuamd64-sb-bullseye fails example module load check during 
startvm
test case.
- Target qemuriscv64-trixie use deprecated QEMU_CPU variable, so startvm 
test
case fails on QEMU call.
