The original idea of this patchset was to have current "nocross" tests 
still be
tested in cross and noncross modes, but it was 2.5 years ago and no 
cross build
regressions were observed from that time. So now I think that better 
approach
will be to move "nocross" to cross, but create another fully native 
testsuite
with some minimal coverage (for example: all arch, all distros, qemu 
only + 1
real target), so nocross building still can be tested, but without very big
time consumption.

It looks like none of downstreams are using ISAR_CROSS_COMPILE=0 in 
local.conf
currently.
