The patchset was actively tested in CI for the last month and looks
stable enough. We would like to merge it by the end of the month and,
thus, completely remove buildchroot from isar.

We are leaving this warning here since it may be a breaking change for
some downstreams if they tend to use "next" isar and depend on
buildchroot features.

If something prevents from merging the patchset, please let us know.
