Subject: [PATCH v4] meta: Run depmod after kernel module installation
Date: Sun, 19 Aug 2018 20:57:40 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <dcf9a586-c1d3-85b9-d50e-6a4a5595c314@web.de> (raw)
From: Jan Kiszka <jan.kiszka@siemens.com>
Otherwise the module may not be found if the module package is installed
on its own, i.e. without the kernel package performing the depmod run.
As we now install a postinst baseline with the right mode, the chmod on
AUTOLOAD becomes obsolete.
