Subject: kas'ifying isar

Hi all,
this was loosely discussed a couple of times before, I think, but never
finalized: Is anyone currently looking into adding kas files to isar,
possibly including a Kconfig menu, so that common targets can be built
"the kas way" as well? Could be fairly helpful, specifically (though not
only) for newcomers. I would be happy to start a baseline or help with
reviewing / refreshing existing ones.
