[PATCH 1/1] testsuite: increase rootfs size for qemuarm64 container test

Currently deploying the container fails because the rootfs is too small.
While it remains unclear why this surfaced now, we just increase the
rootfs size to restore the test.

Please scrub this. The root cause of the failure is a race condition:
The image is not expanded when the CI starts the copy of the ci.sh
script. By that, the ci.sh cannot be copied due to lack of disk space.

Will send a better patch soon.
